Stage 1: Discover

The first stage of The F&C VMA Success Loop is Discover.  The world of video marketing is constantly evolving.  New platforms, features and best-practice pop-up on what seems to be a daily basis.  Therefore, our team of researches continually provide you with knowledge of what's working, where, why and how it can shape your video marketing strategy.

From idea conception, to managing a project, budgeting, working with freelancers, or production companies, right through to wrapping up the edits in line with our plans - just like Discover and Plan, Create is a constantly evolving beast that needs focus.

Stage 4: Activate

Activate is all about releasing our videos to the wild, whilst ensuring that our video content gets off to the best possible start.

As with everything video-related, activation and promotion strategies continually evolve, so it's vital that each time that we pass through The F&C VMA Success Loop, we're on top of the latest best-practice to ensure that our activation is getting the very best results.

Stage 5: Shine

The final stage of The F&C VMA Success Loop is Shine, which covers two key topics.

The first, is shining a light on the results that we generated.  Here, we look at reporting and showing the true ROI of our video content.

Stage 1: Re-Train

Re-Train is all about learning. Stage 3: Obtain

The Obtain stage is all about how we attract and win new clients.  It’s the real sales and marketing element to the Success Loop.  And because that stage comes after Gain, we know that the clients and projects that we are attracting are going to be profitable.  And because of that, we can really focus on getting the right marketing strategy in place to attract the right clients, without any distractions or worries.

Stage 4: Frame

The Frame stage is all about our content and, most importantly, how we position ourselves as the expert and get that seat at the table. Because getting that seat at the table, working in partnership with your client and not just responding to briefs, is vital to winning long-term contracts. We want to be working WITH them to formulate the ideas and not having to pitch, propose or quote against two others in order to win each and every project.

Stage 5: Retain

The final stage of the RETAIN™ Success Loop is Retain. This is where we transition our clients onto long-term retainers that are full of profit. And once we have moved through the RETAIN™ Success Loop once, we go back around - fine tuning. But the second time around is always much easier and drives exponentially greater results, because we then have the proof of a retained model with our clients and we know the impact that our work is having on their businesses.  It's fine-tuning on steroids!
